I love those little wet, slimy things. I've been drawing for about 12 years, and started working towards becoming a comic artist when I was 10 cuz I saw some minecraft webcomics on deviantart and I thought it was the coolest thing ever and it fundamentally changed the course of the rest of my life.

It takes place in 25xx- 200 years after IT. Society has rebuilt itself only caring about two things- Theater and War. An autistic twink wakes up realizing he has a forgotten augment imbedded inside of him- making him immortal. However he's wanted Dead for 500K under a bounty placed by a Warlord Dominatrix.
Terms and Conditions
I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).
Conduct:
All parties will conduct business respectfully, I hold a right to deny any work if spoken to improperly.
If the first half of the payment has been made and for some reason the commission is unable to be finished or I am too uncomfortable to finish it- all parties will be guaranteed a full refund of everything that has already been paid.
IF THE COMMISSION HAS BEEN FULLY FINISHED OR FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, THEN I HOLD A RIGHT TO NOT BE REFUNDING IF CLIENT ISN'T SATISFIED (client will have multiple chances to make necessary changes before finalization [see: Process]
Clear communication is required for an accurate interpretation of your product
If any of these terms are failed to be abided by, then I have a right to cancel or deny the request
Payment:
Commissions will be split into two payments to ensure payment is delivered and to guarantee confidence in the requester.
The first half of the payment is required to start the process.
The refund window will CLOSE after final payment is made.
After the lay-in sketch or lay-in color (depending on the requesters commission method they have chosen) the second half of payment will be due to continue work.
If it is a particularly expensive commission, I am willing to work with the client to pay in parts, however I will not deliver the final product until full payment has been made.
(An exception to this will be made if the client has displayed previous guarantee to fully pay commission price- client may receive final work before finishing off payments, but will not be allowed to commission another piece until payments have been fully paid off.)
Commissions will be paid through Paypal or Cashapp
Process:
All parties will get in contact with one another and a clear discussion will be made around the desired piece, I will ask as many questions as needed to get a clear idea of the price and composition of the piece [Information requested will be: How many characters? How much of each character will be visible? (ie: half-body, full-body, bust) Lineless or Lined style preferred. Colored, either flats or rendered. If background is desired (will follow the same questions as characters, simple/complex/sketch/lined/lineless/full render/simple color.) Posing? Colors preferred? Character personality? Facial Expressions? General mood of the piece?]
The first half of the payment as a guarantee down will be made
The lay-in will be made
Confirmation of desired product will be asked (Client will be able to change it as many times as wanted up to this point)
Final payment will be requested
REFUNDS WILL BE CLOSED
Final color/ render of the piece will be started
Client can make small revisions of the piece up to three times. If client is unsatisfied with the composition of the final render, and wishes for a large change to be made, client may do so ONCE FOR AN EXTRA FEE WHICH MUST BE PAID BEFORE STARTING THE REVISION.
Multiple updates will be given to client -should client request-
The option for the piece to be blurred to be a surprise to recipient is also an option, and updates and confirmation will still be given MOSIAC BLURRED, to ensure confidence in the client
Commissions should take no longer than a month to finish (average time 3-7 days) after final payment- if commission cannot be finished within the month- client will be notified as soon as possible

Claim the commissioned art as their own
Include the commissioned work in portfolios, social media, and commission sheets, etc
Depending on the type of commission- non personal commissions (such as fanart or character pieces) may be used for merchandise such as prints or designs
Modify, edit or repurpose original commission piece
Use commissioned piece for their youtube/tiktok channel (such as speedpaints)
The client reserves the right of:
Using the commission for social media purposes (such as posting on toyhou.se or instagram) as long as credit is given and commissioned piece is not claimed as own work
All original characters that belong to the commissioner will retain ownership of commissioner and piece may be used in whatever way the client personally desires- so long as the actual art itself isn't claimed
Commercial art will be paid an extra commercial fee and therefore may be used in anyway the client wishes, such as promotional pieces. As long as the art itself isn't claimed, but credit does not need to be given if client doesn't wish to
Use the art for their youtube channel as long as the art itself isn't the primary part of making money- doesn't apply if commercial license has been purchased

Sketch Prices
Human, Furries and Creatures all run the same price. Nonliving will be different depending on the object
Sketch (No Color):
Headshot- $5.00
Bust- $7.00
Half body- $12.00
Full body- $15.00
Extra character +50%
Sketch (Flat Color):
A basic sketch with a single color of your choice. Not demonstrated in the examples but piece would be shaded in monochrome color for free if you wish ^^

Background (No Color):
A basic sketch background. Simple would imply existence of 1 or more objects such as a bed. Complex would be an entire scene or room.

Simple would be a single color in an abstract form or a flat color on an object. And complex would be a sketched environment in a single color which may also be shaded in monochrome as well, or multiple colors with no shading.

Lined Color:
You will get a fully rendered character but the lined sketch is used within the piece. I DO NOT DO CLEAN LINEART. (Sorry but doing clean lineart is physically painful, if you want the lineart to be clean you'll have to pay extra) Lines are used as a harsh shading.

MY FAV 2 DO ^^ but also the most expensive. Fully lineless, fully textured and rendered character.

Simple is one to a few objects fully rendered and textured while complex is an entire scene.

Other Commission Types
Character Sheets:
Character sheets depends on what types of drawing styles you want in the sheet. But ultimately will be at a slight discount than individual commission prices.

For example a character sheet with 3 no color sketched busts and a no color sketched fullbody would be $30.00. While the individual commission prices of those totaled would be $36.00

Another example would be a lineless rendered fullbody, 5 no-color sketched headshots (for expressions) and a flat color sketch of a fullbody side profile. The individual price of all of those would total $113.00 but in a character sheet would only be $100.00

Additional information explaining the reference (especially if I am designing a character for you) would be extra money, around an additive + $5.00-$15.00
Animatics:
Animatics are calculated by how many frames is in a single project based at a slightly discounted price from the individual commission prices.

For example, an animatic that consists of 5 total drawings, 1 fullbody no-color sketch ($15.00), 2 half-body no-color sketch frames with two characters ($12.00x2 +$6.00x2), and 2 more frames of a no-color sketch bust ($7.00x2) would be about $65.00 normally. but an animatic would only cost $55.00.-
This is all dependent on the frame. Frames where not much change like a slight expression change would instead cost $0.00-$7.00 depending on the style instead of the whole price.
Animation:
Animations are different, being charged at a per hour of Active work. I will not overcharge by sitting there doing nothing and will record my hours I work through video recording for proof and to calculate the total amount of active hours. I will send it if you want proof as well ^^

The base rate is $20.00 an hour.
Chibi:
I don't particularly work with chibis that much and I don't prefer to do chibis, but will do them if you request. Chibis will be 50% off the base commission price.
Comic Pages:
Comic pages work in character sheet and animatic rules, at a slightly discounted price, however there will be an additional charge if I am designing the plot/story.
Character DESIGN:
Character design is the opposite of character sheets, since I am designing the character from scratch I often have to put extra time and research into creating a good design, and everything that would go into a character sheet would be slightly more expensive than an already pre-existing character.

Design prices are an additive $15.00-$35.00+ dollars onto the base commission prices of the desired drawings.

Character designs come with a complimentary sketch sheet working out the design of the character as well as whatever you commission.
Commercial License
Commercial License Pricing:
Commercial License commissions would be 4x the amount of the base commission price. PLUS: Any additional legal fees your commission may need to undergo, should you desire your contract be looked over by a lawyer. If requiring a lawyer it will be added into the contract that the opposing party will pay all legal fees to ensure payment.
